Mampong MCE to Tackle School Infrastructure Deficit
Fueling the positive course of Education, the Asante Mampong Municipal Chief Executive has vowed to confront the growing infrastructure challenges in local schools.

Across the municipality, many schools are grappling with deteriorating buildings, overcrowded classrooms, and a lack of basic facilities. But change may be on the horizon.The MCE, Hon. Hon Yakubu Issifu has announced a comprehensive plan to bridge the infrastructure gap.

Addressing the Media in the “My First day at School tour”he emphasized the urgency of the situation.

“Education is the backbone of development. We cannot allow our children to learn in unsafe and inadequate environments.
This administration is committed to delivering lasting solutions.”

– Construction of new classroom blocks in underserved communities
– Renovation of aging school buildings
– Provision of furniture and learning materials

– Collaboration with the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) and other partners
Local teachers and students have welcomed the initiative, expressing hope that it will improve learning outcomes and restore dignity to the classroom
